Self-Reflection:

We were always on the same table every lesson, so it was a no brainer to group together, even though it wasn't the wisest idea. Our time working together on the last project has helped improved our chemistry in working as a team. I believe with the same team this time around we will do a lot better than the last- or so I thought. It was way worse than last project together. One of our team member is very inconsiderate to others and acts obnoxious, which led me to almost leaving the group, as a matter of fact I did tried to leave but the teacher didn't allow it. So, I had to deal with the same team and circumstances that I dislike very much, because it is hard to work well and communicate smoothly with the team. However, the group's dynamic is surprisingly well-balanced! Half working, the other half slacking off. The group wouldn't function properly with us two, and they know it!
